INTERMEDIATE DESIGN
(CSU) - 3 UNITS
Prerequisite: Art 501 with a grade of “C” or better.
Advisory: Completion of Art 201.
PROOF OF ELIGIBILITY MUST BE BROUGHT TO THE COUNSELING OFFICE. This course examines the practical applications of design in a more focused manner as it relates to the concepts of two-dimensional design. Emphasis will be placed on several color theory models as well as the different systems of structuring a composition.
This is a hands-on studio art course, fully online. Communication and class interaction happen in the virtual environment while you create projects in your own time and space. This is not a computer course. You will be contacted by the Instructor at the email address with which you registered.

INTERMEDIATE SPANISH II

Prerequisite: Spanish 3 or Spanish 36 with a grade of “C” or better, or equivalent high school preparation, or the appropriate skill level demonstrated in Spanish 3 (ability to ask and answer questions in the present and past tenses, give commands, use present and past subjunctive, compound tenses and passive voice). Students must be able to carry on more detailed conversations and speak and write with a moderate degree of fluency on a variety of topics.
